In the following we will inform you how we collect personal data when you use our website.

1. Provider

Service provider according to § 13 Telemediengesetz (TMG) and responsible body according to § 3 Abs. 7 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) is Aluna-Reisen, for further data see <Imprint>.

2. In the event of default in payment, we are entitled to pass on your data to credit agencies under the legal requirements (§ 28a BDSG).


3. Integration of third-party content

(1) We integrate content from Facebook, Google (Google Fonts) on our website.

(2) If you call up a website that contains such content, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective third party provider, which may be located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area and may not have an adequate level of data protection. The content is transmitted directly from the third-party provider to your browser, which integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that the third party provider collects and how it uses it.

(3) By calling up a website that contains content from a third party, the latter receives the information that you have called up the corresponding page of our offer. If you are logged in to the respective third party provider, they can assign the visit to the respective user account. Even if you do not have a user account with the respective third-party provider, the third-party provider will learn technically necessary information such as your IP address.
