Anne Siml
Anne has been working as a naturopathic practitioner in her own practice in Berlin for over 17 years, with a clear focus on herbal medicine, detox, and Ayurveda. Her work is characterized by a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind, and soul.
Before establishing her own practice, Anne worked for many years as a massage therapist in renowned spas and health centers. During this time, she not only gained extensive experience in dealing with people but also developed a keen sensitivity to energetic processes in the body. Her clairvoyance and sensitive perception increasingly deepened—a skill that is now an essential part of her therapeutic work.
In 2002, she met the world-renowned Ayurvedic physician Dr. Pankaj Naram, whose millennia-old healing knowledge continues to profoundly influence her therapeutic work to this day. Over many years, she learned intensively from him and had the opportunity to accompany and assist him in his work with patients in India and Europe. The experiences she gained continue to inform her practice today. Dr. Naram passed away in 2020, but his legacy lives on in Anne's work.
A year after meeting Dr. Naram, she met her spiritual teacher, Phakchok Rinpoche, in Nepal, through whom she immersed herself deeply in Tibetan Buddhist practice. Since then, she has been on the path of meditation and inner transformation.
Over the years, Anne has developed a holistic detox process that works on all levels—physical, emotional, and mental. This process supports her clients in letting go of the old, finding inner clarity, and opening themselves to new attitudes and healthy paths.
She effectively combines Ayurvedic detoxification techniques with modern methods such as hypnotherapy according to Dr. John Buttler, meditation and the FYD practice – an inner transformative work that has its origins in Tibetan Buddhism.
Throughout her life, Anne has discovered and cultivated the power of compassion and kindness not only as a key to personal transformation and healing, but also as a key to healing our relationships, ourselves—and ultimately our world. These values form the heart of her work.
By combining traditional healing arts and modern inner work, Anne accompanies her clients on their path to greater health, joy in life and connection.

Since my childhood I have been fascinated by the way of life and healing methods of indigenous peoples. The way to live in harmony with nature and the awareness that everything is interconnected. So I made my way to India, Nepal, Hawaii and South America to learn from people who still carry and embody this knowledge. These trips inspired me to deal even more intensively with medicinal plants and the elements of nature that I now offer as ways of healing in my practice. Since then, my joy in traveling has never left me and I have been leading spiritual journeys to India, Nepal and Hawaii for 10 years.
In Colombia during a shamanic ceremony I became aware of things that I had not yet fulfilled and lived out for myself in this life. A great wish since childhood was to be able to express myself with an instrument. I told myself if I survived this ceremony I would start right away, and I did. The instrument that attracted me most was the bansuri, the Indian bamboo flute. She also brought me back to India. There I immersed myself intensively in the world of classical Indian music and its system of "ragas" for the last 4 years, and I was very lucky to learn personally from the greatest masters of bansuri.
Here, too, I have seen, when I follow my passion and my heart, how everything flows, wishes manifest themselves in a rapid manner and miracles become normal life.
Music came to me like an essential piece of the puzzle of myself. In her I found a spiritual path, a form of meditation, a world family and another healing instrument.
After listening, playing and feeling a lot of music, I started experimenting with different sound frequencies on myself and observed their strong and rapid effects on my mental, emotional and physical state. Since working with sound has touched me so deeply and helped me, I am very happy to pass it on.
I am the mother of two wonderful adult daughters and when I'm not traveling I work in my practice in Berlin.
I particularly enjoy accompanying women who want to have children, before, during and after the birth.
