LIFE COUNSELING - GUIDING

 

For many years I have been accompanying people on their way to more joy in life, health and to find their own way of the heart.

My emphatic nature, the trust and the courage to follow my heart consistently, the experience with people in my work as a naturopath, psychological consultant and companion, but also through the many experiences on my own life path help me to support you and helpful impulses for you to find.
 
 
In times of change, feelings of overstrain, fears and insecurities can arise and put a lot of strain on us. The clear view of things is clouded.
We would rather keep our family and friends out of certain topics or have already overused them.
In such a situation, talking to a neutral person who has a different perspective and listening emphatically can be very helpful.
 
Often the person concerned finds inner peace, clarity and their own impulses for solutions while telling them about their problem.

Abundance and fullness is a state of being, a feeling.
One feels "filled" and fulfilled within oneself and overflows. 
Grateful for what is there in the moment.
Gratitude is a state that draws even more abundance into life like a magnet. 
This condition can be temporary or it can become more and more common throughout our lives.

Depending on the areas in which you wish for more abundance, self-love and healing,  I'd be happy to accompany you.

Since my childhood I have been aware of the laws of magnetism and manifestation in a fairytale and playful way. My own life film was always a fairy tale in which all wishes come true and so it was easy for me to fulfill and live my dreams.
Over the years I have found myself more and more in the areas where I was still searching.
My strong desire for adventure and travel got a new direction and inward. I became more and more aware that all the beauty I encountered in encounters with people and nature is my own mirror. And the deep longing will not find fulfillment in the distance, but is a call from within me. 
On these journeys I have met many a dragon, both inside and outside, and I have also walked through deep valleys. Accompanied by an unshakable trust in my heart voice and in the universe as my always supporting force. I found tools that helped me in times of lack and moments of disconnection and brought me closer to my inner source.
