Touch and Sound is a wonderful treatment that touches body, mind and soul. A session begins with a short conversation to find out the topics to support or to set an intention for the treatment. Then the body is massaged with warm oil. Different massage directions such as the Hawaiian massage - Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, classic and intuitive can flow in here. That can also be agreed in advance. The tensions and stored emotions are felt and touched. Just being perceived through the hands can release tensions and memories stored in the body. Then the body is swung with sound. For this I use the monochord, tuning forks, my voice and other instruments. The monochord can also be placed on the body and played on. The sound forks generate special frequencies for the chakras. In this way the Subtle Body can also be balanced via its frequencies.
